To start off this year I delete my free Stat counter...I have always felt uncomfortable on sites that track me sooooooo I deleted mine! Bugs & Hisses Patty
I took mine off almost from the beginning. I can check to see how many hits I'm getting, but rarely do it. I even took off the ads I had running. I wasn't getting any clicks and I didn't like the way it looked. I decided just to focus on what I'm doing, try to do it well and maybe someday...I'll be like Pioneer Woman!
GOOD 4 U Patty! ~ I removed the tracking widget from mine over a year ago...I feel the same way about my privacy visiting other blogs. I have a "hit" counter (on my blogs), but it only tracks how many visits I get not "who" visits. '-)
