I’m 52 years old, 5' 4" and weigh 126 pounds I have gained a lot of weight in my belly, butt and hips! So After Thanksgiving after I ate almost the whole Cheery pie I made (It was yummy!) I decided enough . . . time to get healthy and loose some inches off this belly! I don’t want to look like a super model I just want to tone up and feel better.
I started working out 10 minutes in the morning and afternoon. I use Netflix fitness instant streaming videos for my workouts, and they are great! I get board very easily and with the choice’s Netfilx has I can choose to work my abs or work off the carbs. I’m an exercise slacker and have not exercised for years so I stated off with the 10 Minute Solution: Target Toning, the instructor really explains how exercise correctly at a nice slow pace. Then I used Crunch: Super Slim down, it’s a great stretching workout. Then I started to move faster with the Crunch: Fat Burning Ab Attack! OMG she kicked my butt but I felt GREAT after. Last I use the 10 Minute Solution Carb Burner she also kicks my butt but I have felt very strong after only a couple workouts.
I’m watching what I eat but I’m still having a very small bowl (Tennis ball size) of Ice cream for a snack. I have also put the weight scale away, and I want to loose inches and gain mussels. I’m not obsessing about my weight just want to have more energy and stay healthy.
As of today my pants are getting loose and I have a lot more energy, sleeping better, appetite has decreed and I’m feeling GREAT!
So if you’re an exercise slacker like me try Netflix for your workout regiments . . . get healthy!

I'm 54, I'm with ya, need to gain some strength back, amazing how you loose muscle as we grow older...that stinks!
